Senior and above property leadership are always there to help. Even when the corporate office is a few hours away our above property leadership is always available to help when needed. The pay is very completive, and the benefits are really good. I'm reminded every day that I am valued as an associate. CMC treats its associates like family and its fitting since it is a Family-Owned Business. I cannot think of any other company I have worked for where I am on a first name basis with ownership.
