Senior and above property leadership are always there to help. Even when the corporate office is a few hours away our above property leadership is always available to help when needed. The pay is very completive, and the benefits are really good. I'm reminded every day that I am valued as an associate. CMC treats its associates like family and its fitting since it is a Family-Owned Business. I cannot think of any other company I have worked for where I am on a first name basis with ownership. Thank you CMC for giving me this wonderful opportunity to work for such a great company.

No PTO payout for salaried managers

Fantastic local company in the Raleigh/Cary area. Very employee‑focused and family‑oriented, with leaders who actually listen. Plenty of opportunities to grow your career, and they love promoting from within. A great place to work if you want stability, support, and a positive team environment.
