With respect to your comments on tuition benefits, our education assistance program remains twice as generous as the industry average. Furthermore, no changes have been made to our award-winning 4Wellness Program. It continues to be a highly valued program that can save eligible employees up to $480 a year in medical premiums and hundreds more dollars in additional incentives.
