Pros
Strong culture with competent people who have passion for what they do. Good pay, bonus and equity. Good work life balance. Many people have kids and the company is very supportive towards that. It's always possible to work from home or to leave early if needed. Many of senior management (e.g. president, CCO) are terrific people, not only on a professional level but also on a personal level. They set the example for a respectful and supportive culture.
Cons
New developments go slowly. You need to have patience if you want to implement change.
