Pros
work life balance is pretty good. compensation matches the fact that there is minimal night/weekend work and a pretty slow pace.
Cons
there is little change when change is clearly needed. employees are fleeing pretty much weekly. hr talks about improving the employee retention but nothing has been done. management is also sadly very weak. people-leaders aren't necessarily good at managing people, they've just lasted for a long time. there is little room for growth or opportunities across the company.
