      Flexible work schedule Good office location being close to public transportation and great lunch spots

      Cons

      Driven by Internal Politics. Most of the upper managers are not too bright and mostly incompetent. Feels more like working for the government than the private sector because if has no real competition. This company lives and dies by it Washington lobbyists.
