Corporate needs to be more organized - Manager CMX Cinemas Employee Review

Corporate seems disorganized. They have a hard time paying the bills, attendance is down so less income. There would be many interruptions to services or product because of this. Manager pay is on the lower side, and you are expected to work every weekend, every week (unless you are on vacation). Not enough managers, very hard to take time off or call out sick. Very disorganized when rolling out new programs which is frustrating,
