No life/work balance. I worked 80 plus a hours per week and I was part-time. A lot of favoritism, doesn’t matter if you worked hard or not. The pay was absolute garbage for the work you are doing which was running food, drinks, concessions as well as cleaning. Also Breaks don’t exist while you are working
