Disappointed - Anonymous employee CMX Cinemas Employee Review

Executive management cuts corners left and right, bills aren't paid, facilities aren't kept up. They charge luxury prices and don't deliver. No raise for my last several years of employment despite doing multiple jobs when people quit. They are broke, constantly changing rules and policies based on cash flow that month. Tons of turnover, always expected to be available since nights and weekends are the busiest times.
