Thank you for your review. We are happy that you were able to see the efforts that have been made to ensure our product and processes remain competitive. Providing growth opportunities at CMiC is very important; we encourage staff to work with their leaders to find learning opportunities to allow them to grow their careers. We have been working on developing growth opportunities and within the support department our team is working with the employees to identify areas for growth based on the skills/interests of the employees. Due to the size of our product, we typically see vertical movement after two years. This allows employees to learn as much as they can about the product and have time to excel in their role.
