Pros

Everyone is very nice and you can actually befriend them outside of work. Good learning experience for new students going into programming. Great place to stay long term as well depending on your goals. This is team dependent, but understanding and nice management.

Cons

Hard to get really in-depth knowledge of the system. There are only a few people who fully understand the infrastructure of the system but it can be hard to get knowledge out of them.

We are continuously trying to improve our training program and create more courses to help learn the system. For instance, we now have a dedicated training team who organize live training sessions, and also create interactive courses on the CMiC system. Moreover, we now provide company Lunch and Learn sessions every week!
