Pros

Good learning opportunity, if you are good at learning on your own in a "sink or swim" environment.

Cons

They will work you to the bone and don't compensate you fairly. The benefits are sub-par and they still operate as a start up even though they've been in the market for 40 years. Little regard for work -life balance and mental health.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that you had a negative experience at CMiC. CMiC understands that mental health and employee well-being are extremely important; this is why we have a Health & Wellness committee that focuses on initiatives to improve the overall wellness (physical, mental, emotional) of our staff. Initiatives include daily fitness classes, monthly social activities, and monthly webinars related to nutrition, mental health, and more. Our benefits plan is in line with the market standards for tech companies. We also allow staff to work remotely and even work abroad for a specified amount of time. Moreover, HR conducts ‘Stay Interviews’ with employees, to check-in with staff and we have an open ‘door’ policy. Employees are always welcome to provide suggestions for other initiatives CMiC could provide.
