Thank you for your review. We apologize that you had a negative experience while working at CMiC. At CMiC we are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience, the customer experience, the product, and the company as a whole. We encourage employees to provide their feedback and we offer different ways to do so. For example, through feedback surveys, Town Hall meetings, and Stay Interviews with HR. Our customers have user groups, and we have created an Executive Customer Advisory Board which the Executive team meets with on a quarterly basis. There are also many avenues of growth for our employees within their departments or through transitioning to other departments. We value our employees and our customers, and we hope the experience would reflect that.
