At CMiC, we value feedback, and always encourage our staff to reach out regarding any concerns so we can try to rectify them. Compensation is reviewed annually and if there are concerns regarding this matter then they should be brought to the attention of HR. There are also many avenues of growth within the company. We have staff who have grown within their department/team, and we also have employees who have transitioned departments to continue their growth. We try to work with our employees to determine where they want to go in their careers and how CMiC can help them do so.
