Compensation is reviewed annually and if there are concerns regarding this matter then they should be brought to the attention of HR. As mentioned by our CEO at our company-wide meeting, flexibility in how you do your work is important to us. We also do provide different avenues for appreciation such as our internal praise board (Kudos Club), our Outstanding Contribution Awards, MBO bonuses, and more.
