Thank you for your review. We try to always hire great people that fit with the culture. We encourage teamwork and try to give opportunities for staff to connect outside of just the work. For instance, we arrange team or department outings, social events for the company, lunch twice a week in the office so people can come in and work together. This allows people to get to know others on different teams and hopefully makes it easier to work with other groups as well.
