Pros
It was a good feeling to come into a company where I felt valued for my contributions. Not only that, Computer Methods is also a very multicultural company and it's great that they offer an area for Muslims to pray each day. What's also great is that it is a friendly and supportive atmosphere. It was very easy to talk to management when I was confused about a certain task. They provided me good direction.
Cons
I felt that I couldn't talk to the project manager of Haiku. The rest of management provided me good direction. I usually chose to go above the project manager of Haiku to find out which path to take in a certain task.
