Pros
Flexibly start time within reason, good/friendly employees, full-stack development experience, work functions such as 1-2 BBQ in summer and Holiday party in December.
Cons
Lack of important information being passed from higher management to developers/QA/support. Lack of communication with management, and knowledge sharing. Lack of accepting change(s), like playing a chess match. At times there is too much diversity between departments.
