Pros
Good 401K match, good downtown location, many resources have been at CNA for more than 10 years, and company has the potential to grow in market share.
Cons
Executive leadership is primarily focused on short term cost savings. Has not provided a vision of where IT needs to be outside of "World Class" IT and "Cloud first" maxims. The majority of the IT resources and leaders are uncertain about where they fit in the future.
