Changing IT Environment - Anonymous employee CNA Employee Review

It is a consensus driven environment where no one wants to make a decision in fear of getting punishment for making a mistake. Also, most of those people you meet at CNA have been laid off. It is clear to me that CNA is not investing in transformation, but rather they are doing their best to just stay above water. This is why no one will ever remember CNA or know what it is that they do despite the landmark buildings or "outreach". All their reporting looks great because they have laid off entire departments in the last year.
