      Pros

      The pay is satisfying. There is little travel. It is located in Chicago downtown and really fancy. It is a place that you can really challenge yourself.

      Cons

      I think some models are not so sound. There is scope for improvement. The supervisor should be more open to suggestions.

      A great place to grow an actuarial career with good work/life balance. Generous PTO policy and a lot of opportunity to try new roles and move up. The exam program is also great.
