Worst job ever - Anonymous employee CNA Employee Review

The employee health benefits are the worst with only a high deductible plan option. Employees are sucked in with a sign on bonus. Afterwards, bonuses and pay raises are a joke. Continuous improvement, growth and development are preached but not meant for employees to act on. The floors that haven't been remodeled are a dump - torn and stained carpet, scuffed walls, giant waterbugs crawling around, and layers of dirt everywhere.
