Pros
Generous PTO and holiday schedule. DEI is a focus, generally good humans as colleagues.
Cons
Adjusters put in many more hours than the company’s “37.50 hour work week.” The only people working those hours punch a clock. Only enough staff if no one is ever ill or on PTO. Hard to work on career development when you can’t get out of your inbox.
