Pros
There are opportunities to try different areas and types of work. Decent work/life balance. For actuarial students, work-study time is emphasized and prioritized. Excellent location (although will be moving to the opposite side of the loop in 2018; still a good location, and a nice new building)
Cons
It is a very stereotypical "corporate" environment, without much room for free thinking and innovation. The downside of generous study time is that passing exams is HEAVILY emphasized. Management is hit or miss, and your experience depends largely on whether or not you end up with a good team/manager.
