Be careful, there is no merit raise, and career development/growfh in this company. The initial pay may be good, but after that, your compensation will not change. With high inflation, you are living backward… people work for company decades without any promotion… and very minimal pay adjust… can't imagine this at all.. Be careful, if you are looking for growth…
