nice office, free tea and coffee, chance to learn extra stuff on linkedin learning
Cons
no support from manager to move and progress, expected to stay doing the same things (very admin heavy and not creative or proggessive, seems that they dont want you to move up). Unnecessarily lengthy processes, digital systems that could be replaced and work better.
