Great location. Depending on the department there are opportunities for growth. There is a lot of knowledge within departments with tenured employees.
Cons
Overworked with no incentives, low morale, lack of appreciation for employees, high scool like favoritism, upper management is grossly out of touch with the needs of the workers, constant threat of being fired.
