Executive leadership have created a TOXIC environment of job insecurity where their employees have to backstab, make up lies to HR and bully their colleagues in order to preserve their own survival. Executive leadership are completely out of touch of the working employees. Do not fool yourself this is a TOXIC work environment, full of bullying, gossiping, backstabbing, and belittling. They throw their employees out with the trash with an 80% turnover and fire rate. They fire people without warning, without reason and without cause, hiding behind made up reasons and the right to work clause. There is a reason why this company is bleeding money and can’t retain employees. If you care about your own mental health RUN far away from this place!!
