Management is a bunch of family members who only look out for each other. They do not care for their employees or their mental state. You try to be communicative with what your going through especially when you call out and they have no compassion. They look at you like a deer in headlights. There is also favoritism and if your not the favorite you won’t learn any extra responsibilities.
