My coworkers are supportive, and leadership is generally approachable and open to feedback. Like any growing organization, there are frequent process changes that can sometimes be difficult to keep up with. Communication between departments could be more consistent. Compensation could be improved to better reflect increased responsibilities and employee contributions.
