I’ve had the opportunity to learn a lot in my role, and there are chances to grow if you’re willing to put in the effort. My coworkers are supportive, and leadership is generally approachable and open to feedback. The company continues to invest in growth, technology, and process improvements, which creates opportunities for employees.

Like any growing organization, there are frequent process changes that can sometimes be difficult to keep up with. Communication between departments could be more consistent. Compensation could be improved to better reflect increased responsibilities and employee contributions.
