Brand culture, Brand vision(old vision), values and culture, teamwork, people, design(decreasing yearly, but still sometimes it is good and surprising)
Cons
Salary is below the lowest competitors. Micro management is growing, Clarity of brand direction is getting lost and less clear every year.(Good marketing team though) Lack of local decision making opportunities, Yearly decrease of employee per customer number(connected to cuts and economy) - means service quality is as well dropping because of this lack of hands. VM Strategy is more and more micro managed, though outdated. Heavy works time to time at the window or with layout moves. (Company does not provide proper health care, it is always as minimal as local country law allows.) No development, many talent programs which are actually just free hands for higher responsabilities. Only few higher management people are open for feedback
