Handful of employees are talented and can take the company far. The building has a beautiful view of water.

Cons

The company relies on the product team to be their guiding light. However, no one on the product team has a solid medical background and will ultimately lead the company into murky waters. HR department is more like a drama department. "White bro" dominated environment
