The tech doesn't work as advertised and the few "customers" are all on pilots or very short project contracts. Anyone talented enough to solve the tech problems has left or is actively looking to leave. Just look at LinkedIn to see how many people have left in the last few months and how many (white males) have been hired to C-suite or executive roles for such a small company. The leadership team is in it for their ego and money.
