Favoritism Lack of recognition for those that put in the work and get results to clients Frequent promotions of unskilled and under-qualified individuals Not an innovative company as promoted-Frequently takes shortcuts and workarounds to produce mediocre work to clients to earn a dollar as opposed to improving process flows and focusing on the INNOVATION this company claims to exhibit Horrible upper management. Not supportive of staff, shows very little respect for those they manage "Everyone for themselves" attitude No transparency.
