Conservative - Production Assistant COUNTRY Financial Employee Review

The most conservative company I've ever worked for. I feel like I've gone back in the stone ages. Minorities and women do not advance in this company unless you were rich with lots of life insurance connections coming in. People have no idea who we are or even that we sell insurance. The farm bureau thing is a joke; everyone who works at farm bureau are getting paid to do nothing because Country must be getting kickbacks while we are forced to hassel our clients to keep their farm bureau dues paid on top of our already expensive premiums.
