      Pros

      Great company to work for. Sense of family within the Agency. I have worked here for 10 years and earned my independent contract. The financial support to get started in business is tremendous and cant be beat. With out it I would not have even looked at the career.

      Cons

      As in any sales career, you have to put in a lot of time to grow your agency. If you don't plan on working hard don't apply.

      low base pay no real leadership not a reputable company and high rates no direction from leadership no room for growth
