Pros
Company has been striving to regain an edge in the industry. The people were wonderful to work with and overall they took extremely good care of their employees. Their mission and vision execution, once it was made clear, was moving in the right direction.
Cons
A little too late. The company was very conservative in all facets of operation. From a fiscal standpoint, this is great, but it hindered the company's ability to adjust to a quickly evolving industry. Technologically advancing systems and products to meet market change lacked, making internal expense costs high. This resulted in lagging investments in much needed advertising and employee enhancement programs. A change in Sr Management prompted some extreme measures, although necessary, but probably should have taken place long beforehand and at a slightly slower pace.
