Pros
The training you will get for the position will make you confident that you can do the job from the moment you step on the floor. Feedback on How you are doing helps to make sure you will reach your goals and be able to maintain the proper level of professionalism. The upper management isn't always breathing down your neck like some places, but they are there to make sure every customer is treated fair.
Cons
The hours when you first start are not the best. Most new people start with the late shift (12:45-9). To be able to get better hours you have to make sure your numbers are great from the time you hit the floor or you will not get offered a good rack the next bid shift.
