Well rounded company. As and agent you have control over own schedule. You are given the opportunity to build your own business.
Cons
Being an agent is hard work and can be very stressful. Long hours, pressure from upper management to meet your monthly quota. You must be able to sell all offered products, right away, even if you are unfamiliar with them. Rates are high, so sales can be difficult.
