Pros
Products are generally good. Claims experience for clients is better than most companies.
Cons
New compensation model is flawed, agents will experience compacity limits and then their commissions will get slashed. You will not be compensated well enough to build out a team without going into debt. There is in inherit conflict of interest tying how much you make on ALL your P&C business into how much life you write. Policies ending their natural life cycle will count against you.
