      Flexible schedule and long standing company.

      Cons

      Management is a mess, getting rid of employees with many years of employment, losing a large amount of long time customers with their pricing strategy. Long time customers have a much higher insurance premium than new clients. This is completely backwards and n keeping clients.

      low base pay no real leadership not a reputable company and high rates no direction from leadership no room for growth
