not what I was led to believe - Financial Representative COUNTRY Financial Employee Review

Uneven distribution of existing books both of the other agents received over 600 clients from a previous agent I got 0. Have to sink or swim and pay half or more of that salary to buy useless leads. I was told when hired I would be doing more financial advisory as I had done at Edward Jones, but in reality I was pushed to sell life insurance over everything else???
