      Pros

      Country has great employees who are willing to help you out in your success. It is not cut throat and generally everyone is kind. Country pays well and has good benifits.

      Cons

      Leadership at Country is weak. Most of the management is placed because of who they know. We need leaders who are willing to do what's right and stand up for our core values.
