      Friendly supportive environment. Develops employees with training. Very competitive benefits that are priced better than many companies in the area. Competitive salary. Top level managers and directors have town hall meetings to stay in tune with what hourly employees needs and concerns are.

      Management has no clue how to treat people. If your not a robot and don't kiss enough A your not gonna make it.
