Where to start....I worked here for 5 years and it was the most stressful and toxic work environment I've ever experienced!! From the top down, Management is concerned with one thing...who has a better title and how to scheme their way to more money. From day one, the executives were absent from the day to day activities of the company, and unwilling to address work culture issues. Upper management spent their time fighting for power and authority and sowing divisiveness within the ranks. From experience I can honestly say, the only way to move up in ranks is by cozying up to the "Teacher's Pets". Time after time, I watched good employees come and go, many were asked to leave because they didn't fit the culture (in other words, they attempted to implement good standards of work and working relationships). Most of those that were asked to leave, were done so upon false pretenses and the company has no problem making false or misleading claims in order to save a couple of bucks. The company also does a lot of "Restructuring". While normally this would be an opportunity to re-align roles in order to best serve the customers and employees, it is usually a way for this company to eliminate good workers and pay the upper management and executives more money.
