Poor leadership - Anonymous employee CPI Card Group Employee Review

Demands of working way heavier workload than possible and yet dinged on missing some deadlines. Poor management to realize that. Excuse was we are all over busy. HR used PIP from 2 years prior as why I needed to go being anyone on a previous PIP regardless of whether it was successfully worked will never be allowed any further poor performance. After my job was reposted many things in the duties were removed as they KNEW no one will want to join and be overworked.
