- Decent schedule but it took 3 years to get it tuned in. - Ok Pay but you really need to hustle hard. - Learn how to fix things really quickly and efficiently. - The customer's were really great, and challenging at times.

Cons

- Poor hourly pay. - Terrible management and training. - No insurance, 401k, benefits. - Long hours and always understaffed with new employees.

Franchises themselves can be fine when they aren’t operated by greedy owners

Cons

Franchise standards just don’t ensure employees have any security at all. Buisness goes down? Fire staff. Goes back up? Work staff that stayed more
