Pros
Learned a lot of valuable computer and phone repair skills, met very talented technicians. Managers are super solid and care.
Cons
Owners refusing to hire necessary staff while keeping non contributing employees on staff. Your advancement is completely dependent on how much you kiss up to owners rather than skill, not that there was much advancing to be done. Owners wanted to run the business into the ground by selling brand new $1000 phones in our low income store, and ignored manager and employee concerns regarding said issue.
