Great way to learn electronics, build skills that will help you in later life when you need to fix your own stuff, fantastic feeling of accomplishment when something is fixed, good way to learn to multitask. great way to learn to deal with customers good and bad
Cons
We have to fix devices and handle customers on front desk at the same time Manufactures of devices making devices increasing difficult to fix. Customers complaints even when you have done your best if device is not 100% fixed, only some backing from management when things do not work out in the customers favor.
